Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Transparent Billing Philosophy

At EveryToolz, we maintain a straightforward and developer-friendly pricing model. We believe in total transparency without hidden fees, involuntary auto-renewals, or complicated cancellation hoops.

2. Software Listing Fee (₹111 / $1.11)

The nominal listing fee covers manual human verification, testing connectivity, indexing in search results, and establishing your dedicated tool showcase.

• Pre-Approval Cancellation: If you submit an application and decide to withdraw it before our editorial team completes review and publication, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.
• Unresolvable Incompatibility: If our editorial team determines your application cannot be accepted under our Terms (and modifications cannot resolve the issue), your listing fee will be refunded in full.
• Free Editorial Re-reviews: If changes are requested to improve your listing, you can update your listing as many times as needed without paying any additional fee.
• Post-Publication: Once an application is approved, indexed, and published live in the directory, the listing fee is non-refundable because editorial and server indexing resources have already been completed.

3. Purchases of Listed Third-Party Apps

EveryToolz operates as an open discovery directory. When you choose to purchase, subscribe to, or use a third-party application listed on our platform, that transaction takes place directly with the external software creator.

Refund requests for third-party software subscriptions, licenses, or credits must be directed to the respective product's support team. EveryToolz does not collect nor process subscription fees on behalf of external developers.

4. Featured Spots & Advertising Slots

Promotional placements (such as homepage Hero Carousel spotlight or sponsored tags) may be cancelled for a full 100% refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled campaign start date. Once a promotional campaign has commenced and impressions have been delivered, the sponsorship fee is non-refundable.
