1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EveryToolz (“EveryToolz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at everytoolz.com. By accessing our platform, browsing tools, creating an account, or submitting software listings, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access EveryToolz.

2. User Accounts & Fair Pricing Policy

Account creation and directory browsing on EveryToolz are 100% free. Users will never be charged subscription fees or hidden platform maintenance costs for searching, bookmarking, or reviewing products.

3. Product Submissions & Listing Fees

Any creator, developer, or founder may submit their SaaS, AI tool, or web application to EveryToolz for directory inclusion.

• Flat One-Time Fee: Submissions require a nominal, one-time fee of ₹111 INR (for Indian creators) or $1.11 USD (for international creators). This fee covers anti-spam vetting, editorial verification, and permanent indexation.
• No Recurring Fees: Once submitted and approved, there are zero annual or monthly maintenance fees. Developers receive lifetime listing rights and can update their listings for free at any time.
• Accuracy & Ownership: You warrant that you own or have explicit legal rights to submit the product, that your software is free of malicious code or deceptive patterns, and that descriptions accurately reflect real capabilities.

4. Editorial Standards & Moderation

EveryToolz maintains strict editorial criteria. We reserve the right to decline or request modifications for applications that:

• Provide non-functional, broken, or 404 landing pages.
• Involve phishing, unauthorized data harvesting, malware, or illegal activities.
• Distribute hateful, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Make demonstrably fraudulent or deceptive claims regarding capabilities.

If changes are requested, developers can edit and resubmit their listing without paying any additional fee.

5. Community Reviews & Conduct

Reviews, ratings, and feedback on EveryToolz must reflect genuine, firsthand user experiences. Astroturfing, automated bot submissions, paid review rings, and competitor defamation are strictly forbidden and will trigger immediate review removal and account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, and screenshots submitted by developers remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By submitting, you grant EveryToolz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your product logo, title, and media assets in directory listings, search results, and promotional showcases.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

EveryToolz is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we manually audit listings, EveryToolz is not liable for transactions, software errors, data breaches, or subscription billing that occurs directly on third-party websites or creator platforms.
